Answer. At Specstree, we provide specs in different sizes – small, medium, large  and extra large,depending on the temple size and front size of the frame. Most of our customers find the large size frame which perfects their face size.

Que 3.How can I fill in my prescription during placing the order? Where do I submit my eye power details on Specstree?

Answer. You have to submit your eye power details after you select your frame and lenses. We offer our customer’s options to provide us with your prescription – Firstly, upload a picture. Answer. We have high quality acetate material ,TR,titanium, steel, stainless steel and aluminum frames which are best in their own way. We also provide our customers with a 6 months guarantee/ warranty on all our eyewear frames – in case you face any issue, contact us and we’ll make sure it gets resolved!

Answer. We use top quality lenses which covers all important features like anti-glare,blue cut, scratch resistant, UV protected, water replant etc. . All our lenses are similar to what is provided in ophthalmic lenses across Europe and the USA

Answer. We make sure that our customers experience speedy services. We dispatch your order within 1 to 5 days of order confirmation based on the products ordered. Post-dispatch it takes 1-5 days to deliver your order, based on your location.

Answer. After we have shipped your order, you can observe the progress of the shipment using the tracking code provided by the courier company. You will be provided with the required details in your accounts dashboard when you login to have a view of your orders.

Answer. specstree charge a fix amount of 89/- as handling and shipping on purchase of any amount of product.

Que 11. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

Answer. Once you mention return of an item for exchange or refund it takes upto 3-5 days for pickup of the product. Once we receive the product we will re check it and may take upto 2 days. Post quality check we will call and confirm the return or receipt. Refund of Money (If applicable to your order) will be credited

Answer.You can cancel your current order and place a fresh order. We will fully refund you the payment you’ve made on the incorrect order. Please make sure that you cancel your order before we prepare to ship.

Que 14. I LIVE IN ONE COUNTRY BUT WANT TO SHIP TO A DIFFERENT COUNTRY. IS THIS POSSIBLE?

Answer.   Specstree currently sells and ships products for customers within India. We don’t ship products to any location outside of India as of now.
